AUTOCAD AND ETHICS

AutoCAD is one of the programs mostly used by architects and architectural technologists. There is a debate where we could be able to say that AutoCAD is not ethical because of its commands, for example, the copy from base point command. Secondly, AutoCAD does not allow us to start a drawing from scratch when at work. On the other hand it is a very efficient program. Is AutoCAD really unethical?

In conclusion, AutoCAD can be an example of plagiarism but it was not created for people who do not need to use it as often as architects and technologists. If the companies are not complaining about the copying and pasting commands then it means that society is ok with it and there is nothing wrong with the program. AutoCAD was a smart creation that does not do anything but make work easier and not boring.
